Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Compensation & Benefits Strategy: Develop and implement a competitive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives and supports the attraction and retention of top talent.

  2. Performance-Based Rewards: Design and manage performance-based rewards programs, such as bonuses, incentives, and merit-based salary adjustments, to recognize and reward high-performing employees.

  3. Employee Benefits Management: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of the workforce.

  4. Job Evaluation and Salary Benchmarking: Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking to establish fair and competitive salary structures across different job roles and levels.

  5. Compliance and Regulation: Stay informed about labor laws, tax regulations, and industry standards to ensure the rewards programs remain compliant and up-to-date.

  6. Budgeting and Cost Analysis: Develop and manage the rewards budget, regularly analyzing costs and effectiveness to make data-driven decisions.
