Concierge / Greeter

• Establish and maintain warm relations with all hospital visitors and patients
• Greet guests patients & visitors
• Provide accurate routine information and enquiry service effectively and efficiently
• Complete appropriate forms and documents to obtain required information
• Answering calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Respect and maintain the privacy and dignity of patient confidentiality at all times
• Ensure that patient rights & responsibilities are well implemented in the hospital

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service/Call centre the same field.

Education

• High School/ Diploma/ Graduates or similar preferred

• Ability to communicate in Arabic and English (speaking and writing)
• Experience using Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
