- Establish and maintain warm relations with all hospital visitors and patients
- Greet guests patients & visitors
- Provide accurate routine information and enquiry service effectively and efficiently
- Complete appropriate forms and documents to obtain required information
- Answering calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Respect and maintain the privacy and dignity of patient confidentiality at all times
- Ensure that patient rights & responsibilities are well implemented in the hospital
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service/Call centre the same field.
- High School/ Diploma/ Graduates or similar preferred
- Ability to communicate in Arabic and English (speaking and writing)
- Experience using Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
