Graphic Designer

Job purpose

Developing creative graphic designs that provide quality persuasively inviting visuals that attract and increase customer acquisition and awareness and increase brand recognition

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Graphic Design produce design solutions with high visual impact communicating key messages which effectively interpret Taiba Hospital and key stakeholders’ business needs; produce new ideas and concepts that align with tasked projects and Taiba brand and culture;

2. Strategy Support provide ongoing support to all and any rollout of all advertising, media and related campaigns; utilize and innovate the redefining of designs utilizing appropriate tools to provide the visual brand that effectively communicated Taiba Hospital image and brand to the target audience; assist in planning and coordinating campaigns and communication packages to match Taiba brand and strategy; provide artistic outlook and ability to design and campaigns
3. Communication assist in presenting ideas and design to key hospital stakeholders; identify needs of stakeholders in the required design representation and visually adapt it accordingly to meet and align with business objectives, mission and vision; work closely with the digital marketing supervisor on the development of design briefs, gathering information and clarifying design issues

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
• Services and marketing campaign and marketing trends
• Relevant design tools (Photoshop, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, InDesign, 3DMax, etc.)
• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience as a graphic designer with proven portfolio
• Excellent PC and Apple skills
• Sketching, illustrating and interpreting verbal requests to visual
