Job Description
- Integrating new employees into the hospital through the on-boarding process
- Preparing the necessary documents for new employees prior to their joining date
- Support current employees in regards to documentations needed, contracts, and housing/accommodation
- Follow up with concerned departments to ensure new employees have a smooth on-boarding experience
- Support Talent Acquisition Team when needed
Skills
- Ability to communicate in Arabic and English (speaking and writing)
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work efficiently with a team
