What you will do
- Own the recruitment process – manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, ensuring quality hires and reduced cycle times
- Partner with hiring managers – define roles, set selection criteria, and support effective hiring decisions
- Engage candidates – guide them through the recruitment journey and deliver an exceptional experience
- Leverage analytics & technology – use ATS and metrics to optimize sourcing and improve processes
- Coordinate onboarding & compliance – ensure smooth transitions and accurate documentation aligned with MOH and hospital standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally – work with departments, agencies, and regulators for effective hiring
- Apply HR expertise – assess candidate fit and align hires with organizational goals

You will thrive here if you have…
- 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (PHRi certification preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and recruitment KPIs
- Healthcare recruitment experience
- Familiarity with HR Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
