Your Impact
- Ensure accurate and fair compensation to build trust and engagement across the hospital
- Deliver actionable insights to shape strategic reward decisions and workforce planning
- Maintain competitive, market-aligned salary structures to attract and retain top talent
- Champion equity, transparency, and recognition to reinforce Taiba Hospital as an employer of choice
What you will do
- Own day-to-day rewards – ensure compensation and benefits are administered accurately and on time
- Drive market alignment – support salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and new hire packages
- Maintain structures – keep salary scales, HRIS records, and organizational grading up to date
- Lead recognition programs – manage benefits, retention initiatives, and employee rewards
- Track and report – reconcile insurance and rewards transactions and deliver actionable insights
- Support employees – serve as the key point of contact for compensation queries and ensure policy compliance
- Contribute to governance – assist with policy development, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
How success is measured
- Accuracy and timeliness of all compensation and benefits processes
- Alignment of salaries and rewards with market benchmarks and internal equity
- Completion and compliance of HRIS updates and payroll/benefits transactions
- Employee satisfaction and engagement with rewards programs
- Effective delivery of retention & recognition programs
You will thrive here if you have…
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards in healthcare or corporate settings
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
- Expertise in deriving insights from complex data
- Strong knowledge of C&B practices, salary structures, and market benchmarking
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Proven ability to engage and align stakeholders
