What you will do
Sourcing Medical Supplies: Identify and source medical supplies, including medical equipment and consumables.
Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and consistent quality.
Contract Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to contract terms and hospital policies.
Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels.
Cost Management: Procure medical supplies in a cost-effective manner without compromising quality.
Systems and Processes: Follow all relevant policies, processes, and procedures to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
HSE and Risk Management: Adhere to all relevant HSE and risk management procedures, instructions, and controls.

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
3+ years of hands-on experience in medical procurement
Strong knowledge of medical equipment, procurement processes, and healthcare regulations
Proven skills in supplier management, negotiation, and contract compliance
A collaborative approach, with the ability to work closely with medical staff and suppliers
