What you will do

• Sourcing Medical Supplies: Identify and source medical supplies, including medical equipment and consumables.

• Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and consistent quality.

• Contract Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to contract terms and hospital policies.

• Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Cost Management: Procure medical supplies in a cost-effective manner without compromising quality.

• Systems and Processes: Follow all relevant policies, processes, and procedures to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

• HSE and Risk Management: Adhere to all relevant HSE and risk management procedures, instructions, and controls.

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in medical procurement

• Strong knowledge of medical equipment, procurement processes, and healthcare regulations

• Proven skills in supplier management, negotiation, and contract compliance

• A collaborative approach, with the ability to work closely with medical staff and suppliers
