What you will do

Neonatal Assessment: Assess newborns' condition, monitor vital signs and developmental status, and develop individualized care plans.
NICU Management: Provide specialized care for premature, low-birth-weight, and critically ill neonates, including respiratory support, IV therapy, and feeding management.
Family Education: Educate parents and caregivers on newborn care, feeding techniques, and home-readiness before discharge.
Care Coordination: Partner with neonatologists, pediatricians, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, family-centered care.
Documentation & Quality: Maintain accurate documentation while upholding quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in Nursing with a minimum of 3 years of experience for Degree holders or up to 10 years for Diploma holders in an accredited NICU.
Valid NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification in addition to BLS (Basic Life Support)
Willingness to work rotating shifts on a 24/7 coverage basis
Strong clinical assessment, medication management, and family education skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural hospital environment
